learning about Art

What I learned though the film of the artist Frida.

She was always an artist but after the crash that confined to her bed wondering if she can walk again, losing her love at the time.

Though her hard ship she was able to paint her pain.

In the scene where she shows her art for critique, he said yes, she should keep painting. She answers I don't want them to think that you're just saying yes to all woman that they can do art, I want to know the real thing. Being a woman artist is something hard that you want actual critique to say that it was great not because is or isn’t great just because she was a female but as an artist. It's important to her that her art is good as art.

The painting of her loss of her child is a painting that many women can still resonate with to this day. Its import to note that Her painting showing her feelings or thoughts make her who she is. Being a woman, she is able to put emotion in art that others might not be able to.

Spanish influence in her paintings though out her paintings, thought out her travels help show that she is always thinking of where she grew up. All the pain she has gone through. Her paintings show it all in all the places that she has seen. Mixed with her Mexican heritage in different elements though out her art. 

The way the movie shows how her paintings look was in interesting way to help. Show her paintings and when they painted gives a view in to the life she has had in the way it blends what happened in her life at the time of the painting.
